Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from the PRS Accessory Store for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the shipping date for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another item. Item must be complete, in like-new condition, and be in the complete original packaging.

Please note: *** any electronic components (pickups, pots, switches, etc.) that have been installed cannot be returned for credit or refund. ***

Exchanges:

If you believe you have received a defective product, contact our Customer Service Dept at custserv@prsguitars for a replacement or refund of the purchased price.

Exchanges and returns are subject to product availability. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a refund of that product.

If you need to return any item for any reason, contact us @ 410-643-9970 or email us at custserv@prsguitars for a return authorization. Please have your packslip or confirmation order number when contacting us.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error with your order.
