Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from the PRS Accessory Store for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the shipping date for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another item. Item must be complete, in like-new condition, and be in the complete original packaging.
Please note: *** Any electronic components (pickups, pots, switches, etc.) that have been installed cannot be returned. ***
If you believe you have received a defective product, contact our Customer Service Dept at [email protected] for a replacement or refund of the purchased price.
Exchanges and returns are subject to product availability. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a refund of that product.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error with your order.
